in connection with the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of 7.12.2020 to amend the Articles of Association of the Company, as a result of which the form of the certificated shares was changed to book-entry shares, and the registration of this change in the Commercial Register,
calls
the shareholders of the Company to surrender all registered shares issued by the Company at the registered office of the Company within a period not later than two months from the date of publication of this resolution.
When surrendering the certificated shares, the shareholder is obliged to provide the Company with the number of the property account in the relevant register of book-entry securities maintained by the Central Securities Depository, a.s. (“CSD”) to which the book-entry shares are to be registered. For the purpose of registration of the book-entry shares, the shareholders shall establish their property accounts in the central register of book-entry securities maintained by the CDCP through CDCP participants, i.e. through participating banks or securities dealers (a list of CDCP participants is available on the website www.cdcp.cz).
